I design individualised meal plans at the request of individuals who confirm that to the best of their own knowledge they are healthy. They follow the meal plans at their own risk and take full responsibility for any unintended or undesired consequences of following said meal plan.
Nutrition coaching
I provide nutrition coaching or consulting sessions with the intention of helping healthy individuals understand how they can make changes to their own lifestyle regarding exercise and nutrition. Any advice that I give to these individuals is taken solely at their own risk and they take full responsibility for any unintended or undesired consequences of following that advice.

I have a BSc in sports science and fitness instructor’s certificate, but not a personal training certificate.
